Terms Entered in Search Tools
When you enter a name, place, or other term into a search box, that query is transmitted to the independent provider that operates the tool. Jackson County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's handling of the query is governed by its policies.
Messages Sent to Us
If you email us or use a contact form, we retain the message and contact details needed to read and answer it. We do not share that correspondence outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
